Comments:
The reported rate constant is an average of four relative determinations with C2H5F, CH3Cl, CH3F and C2H5Cl as references. Authors state the error limits include 10% uncertainty in the rate constants of reference reactions.Photolysis of Cl2 in 700 Torr O2/N2 as a source of Cl atoms in a 140 L Pyrex reactor coupled with FTIR spectrometer at T= 296 ?2 K.
