Thank you for using the NIST Chemical Kinetics Database. We hope that you are pleased with this database. User feedback is always welcomed. Please use the Feedback Form (available via a link on the left side of this page) for this purpose. We are constantly making updates and improvements to this web site. Your input in greatly appreciated. Software release: 1.4.11 (November 30, 2007) Version history: Release 1.4.11 fixes a bug in unit conversion of unimolecular reaction with three-parameter Arrhenius expressions. Release 1.4.10 contains additional bug fixes intended to make the server more robust and reliable. Input errors are trapped and reported to the user. Additional input checking is implemented. A subtle problem with database connections has been fixed. Release 1.4.9 adds additional error trapping in the Arrhenius expression fitting code. Four new unit conversions have been added to the pressure units choices. Several bugs related to the handling of pressure units and formatting of pressure values have been fixed. Several leaks in database connections have been fixed. Limit on number of records returned by a search has been removed. Release 1.4.8 raises the limit on the number of records which can be returned by a search. Minor code base improvement included. Release 1.4.7 displays an error message for another possible empty search. Minor refinements to search and performance enhancement. Release 1.4.6 adds code to display an error message when an empty search is attempted. Release 1.4.5 fixes a bug in some button functionality of detail pages. A bug in bibliographic searching by squib has been fixed. Release 1.4.4 traps some errors in the Arrhenius fitting code and adds additional checking to the user feedback form. Release 1.4.3 improves browser compatibility for the plotting applet. Changes to the fitting software should make the server more stable. Reports of problems with specific browsers are appreciated. Release 1.4.2 incorporated a number of bug fixes and introduces a new plotting applet which represents an improvement over the previous capability. Other changes improve the stability of the server and the handling of user feedback. Please let us know if your have any difficulty with any aspect of this release.
