Quenching and reaction of lowest lying singlet state of molecular nitrogen, production is via 2 photon excitation to nearby a state and equilibration into a prime state, monitored by LIF of a state, the exit channels are chemical, H(D) yield from CH4(CD4) = 0.7+/-0.2 determined by 2 photon LIF (implying complex formation then dissociation.)
