Comments:   OH generated by 185-nm photolysis of H2O for most measurements above 0 C and by photolysis of N2O/H2 mixtures for low-temperature measurements. Good agreement reported in the overlap region, but above room temperature, rate constants from the N2O/H2 system were higher than for the H2O system, and were not used.
Rate constant measured relative to OH + n-butane (k = 1.68x10-11exp(-584/K) cm3s-1.
