Comments:   The equilibrium constants for the formation of ClOO from Cl and O2 are experimentally measured at 212- 245 K using cavity ring-down spectroscopy. No rate constant values are reported. The temperature dependence of the equilibrium constant obtained in computational analysis of the experimental data is given by Kp = (1.04 +/- 0.04) x 10^-5 exp((-2668 +/- 25 K)/T) (190-270K).
