Comments:   A master equation model of the reaction was created on the basis of literature data on potential energy surface and experimental rate constant deteminations for the reverse reaction. Rate constants were calculated for wide ranges of temperatures and pressures. Rate expressions are given for the reverse reaction and for the equilibrium constant. Rates for the forward reaction can be calculated from these expressions.
