Comments:   Rate constant for the vibrationally-specific reaction derived from a non-statistical RRKM analysis using a previously-calculated potential energy surface. The intramolecular energy transfer between the hi-frequency OH-stretching modes and the other lower-frequency modes is not rapid enough. Total rate constant then calculated for the temperature specified.
