Comments:   Propene and 1-butene were used as reference compounds. The errors of individual measurements include twice the standard deviation arising from the linear regression analysis of the data and the errors for the reference rate coefficients. The indicated error in the quoted rate constant is calculated as the square root of the sum of the squares of the error for each rate coefficient determination with each reference compound.
